America’s Favourite City: New Orleans and What to Do in the Big Easy

Sights New OrleansA place where Caribbean, African and European cultures blend, New Orleans is a melting pot of food, fun and music. This colourful city may have suffered at the hands of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, but after extensive restoration, Louisiana’s favourite city is firmly back on the travel map. So much so, it has been voted America’s Favourite City for 2012 by readers of Travel & Leisure magazine. Not sure how to spend your time in the Big Easy? Here are some suggestions.
